Joe Heuer is the proud father of adorable seven-year-old twin girls and the founder of JoeSpeaks!, a speaking, training and consulting company based in Glendale, Wisconsin. Joe is the author of several books, including the recently published: The Idiot-Proof Guide to Customer Loyalty Joe’s obsession with Customer Service has lead to the development of results-oriented training programs and initiatives for a variety of service industries. He’s also widely known as a humorist and banquet speaker for his popular Daffynitions. His previous works include: Pushing Your Own Hot Buttons Expressing Personal Potential Making Connections: The Art of Establishing Rapport Joe’s uniquely humorous style, combined with his matter-of-fact, take-no-prisoners approach, result in presentations that are fresh, fun and sometimes even a little controversial. His audiences are jolted out-of-the box of traditional thinking to rekindle the creativity, drive and humor that is often stifled by self-imposed limitations and habits. Joe possesses a Master of Science degree in Education and his teaching experience ranges from elementary school through the collegiate level and corporate America. His ‘fifteen minutes of fame’ came in 1986 when he lived his dream of becoming the youngest collegiate head basketball coach in the country…who never played the game. Unfortunately, his fifteen minutes came in April, just when the clocks are set ahead. His articles have been published in numerous newsletters, including the American Society of Association Executives, and his Daffynitions have been featured on radio stations nationwide. Joe and his wife, Lisa, along with their beautiful twin girls, Alexandra Marie and Rachel Anne, reside in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
